Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Kiosk, Rougemont (Words & Images sarl). If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • The item must be returned with a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on digital or downloadable products.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@art-ki-osk.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to return the item(s).

Please note that all shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe delivery of your returned item(s).

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the conditions outlined in our refund policy, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by cash or check, we will issue a check for the refund amount.

Exceptions to Our Refund Policy

In some cases, we may not be able to issue a full refund. This may include, but is not limited to, items that have been damaged, altered, or are missing parts. In these cases, we will evaluate the item(s) on a case-by-case basis and offer a partial refund or store credit as appropriate.
